Being a concierge member has many benefits – and 24/7 doctor availability is at the core of those benefits. This is never more important than when you are in urgent need of medical care, day or night. We offer our members same-day or next-day appointments for medical needs that just can’t wait. Members are also provided their doctor’s cellphone number to use when you have an urgent medical need, and our office is closed.

If you’re an established concierge patient of ours, getting the urgent medical care and attention you need is simple:

• If our office is open, call us at (706) 484-9824 and tell us about your concern. Our aim is to provide same-day or next-day appointments for our members with urgent needs.
• If our office is closed (day or night), call your doctor.
